Role summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Transformation Consultant to help drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–8 years of experience who have participated in redesigning business processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and supporting organizational change. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
What you will be doing:
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational improvement.
Partner with business and technical teams to design and implement process transformation initiatives.
Support the rollout and adoption of revised processes, ensuring stakeholders understand and embrace changes.
Utilize data and analytics to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Develop business cases, recommendations, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess impacts, and deliver transformation projects.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and presentations to drive alignment and project success.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements.
Support continuous improvement efforts through structured problem-solving and process analysis techniques.
Formal qualifications or training:
Experience working on teams that have redesigned or improved business processes through automation, process optimization, Lean initiatives, or similar methodologies.
Experience supporting the implementation and rollout of revised processes, including stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities.
Strong analytical skills with experience creating, interpreting, or leveraging data to support business decisions.
Technical background with experience in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders through effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
