Role summary:
This pivotal role involves overseeing contract management within our UK and US operations. As we execute our ambitious growth plans, your expertise will be critical in negotiating and managing complex contracts, ensuring the commercial success of our expansive projects.
What you will be doing:
- Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with clients to ensure compliance and strategic alignment with company objectives.
- Advising on contractual terms and risks, providing critical guidance to project and bid teams.
- Supporting bid preparations and submissions, ensuring all commercial aspects are thoroughly addressed.
- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders to aid in smooth project execution.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as legal and finance, to secure favorable terms across all contracts.

Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate and mitigate potential impacts on business operations.
Formal qualifications or training:

Proven experience in commercial management or contract law, particularly within an engineering consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of contract types such as NEC3/NEC4, with experience applying them in large frameworks.

Experience in the nuclear sector is highly desirable.
