John has over 30 years of experience within the nuclear industry and has detailed knowledge of nuclear safety, engineering deliverables and disciplines. He has extensive experience of working in nuclear site licence companies to improve safety and business performance through cultural change and application of best practice. John has taken the safety lead in numerous projects enabling risk reduction and mitigation whilst finding pragmatic solutions to challenges which had delayed existing projects. John is responsible for the technical governance that ensures the quality of the output and safety responsibilities of DBD.
